This Windows version has the same functionality as the Mac version, that has been released for some time.
The download is intended for all users/developers, but is still in Beta. Everything we have tested internally and any reported error has been addressed, so we are confident that this version is close to release.
This version also includes the Excel Cash Flow Budget demo app.
